3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided — whether by phone, email, or through our website contact form — are free and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope adjustments, or site conditions discovered after initial assessment.

4. Project Contracts

All work is governed by a separate written contract specific to your project. That contract supersedes any general terms stated here. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed project contract, the signed contract governs.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the individual project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in a lien being placed on the property in accordance with Texas law.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms are included in your written project contract. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation resulting from our work. It does not cover damage from misuse, heavy vehicle loads beyond spec, tree roots, ground movement, or acts of nature.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tomball Concrete Contractors' liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
